In 2000, the company acquired LuAZ in Lutsk and began producing its own cars based on AvtoVAZ designs. Bogdan Corporation assembled vehicles in both Cherkasy and Lutsk, with a combined annual production capacity of 120-150 cars, up to 9,000 buses and trolleybuses, and approximately 15,000 trucks. The company produced a range of models including sedans, wagons, pickups, small and medium buses, and military vehicles. In 2020, the corporation faced bankruptcy, though production continued in Lutsk under a new owner.
