The company initially focused on developing a full-size electric off-road vehicle, starting with the B1 prototype in 2017. The B1 was designed as a medium-duty Class 3 truck, intended for commercial use. Bollinger Motors moved its headquarters to Ferndale, Michigan in March 2018 and then to Oak Park, Michigan in August 2020. By September 2019, the company presented production-ready prototypes of the B1 and B2 models. Bollinger Motors announced plans to begin serial production in 2021, with 1,000 preorders received by fall of that year. The company developed the E-Chassis, a largely symmetric platform intended for upfitters and commercial vehicles. In January 2022, Bollinger Motors announced a shift to focus on a commercial vehicle platform and postponed consumer models. Mullen Automotive acquired a controlling interest in Bollinger Motors in September 2022. In May 2025, the Bollinger subsidiary was placed into receivership.","https://bollingermotors.com/","https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bollinger_Motors","https://www.facebook.com/BollingerMotors/","https://www.instagram.com/bollingermotors","https://www.youtube.com/@BollingerMotors","https://x.com/bollingermotors","https://www.linkedin.com/company/bollingermotors/
"01f5ba37-c46c-4316-82de-33283633058b","image/png","2025-05-16T18:18:05.685Z",800
"606156d6-ab31-4e9d-9d11-ac5da1c7f505","United States","united-states","north_america",39.7837304,-100.445882
"88b9c260-8cc8-4632-bec8-8c9d3f3957ac","image/svg+xml","2025-05-15T20:28:10.101Z",[53
"7e17fbbe-7a1c-4ace-ae3e-b5cb71b0a14a","Robert Bollinger","robert-bollinger
"839b8214-d5c9-494a-8dff-f7100d31dcb8","2026-04-13T23:51:10.282Z",512
[65
[],[],[],[
98756,0,[]]
