In 2004, De Tomaso went into liquidation, but the brand was revived in 2009 by Gian Mario Rossignolo. In 2014, Ideal Team Ventures acquired the De Tomaso brand. The company’s most recent product is the P72 (2019), a retro-styled sports car built on an Apollo Intensa Emozione chassis. De Tomaso also produced the P900 hypercar in 2022, a track-only model with a V12 engine.
