It evolved into a producer of farm machinery and then motor scooters, starting in 1951. The company produced a range of vehicles including the Goggomobil, Isar and various GT models. In 1966, BMW purchased Glas to gain access to its timing belt technology and production capacity. Following the acquisition, most of Glas’s models were phased out, with some rebranded as BMW vehicles. Production ceased in 1969 with the final Goggomobil rolling off the line. BMW subsequently utilized the Dingolfing factory, transforming it into its largest European production site.","https:\u002F\u002Fen.wikipedia.org\u002Fwiki\u002FGlas_(company)",{"id":49,"type":50,"modified_on":51,"width":52,"height":52},"608112f2-0f90-48a3-b090-cc1ce92b7537","image\u002Fpng","2025-05-16T21:26:57.603Z",800,{"id":54,"name":55,"slug":56,"region":57,"latitude":58,"longitude":59,"flag":60},"3f8fc2ad-c515-4198-a489-194f8586658c","Germany","germany","europe",51.1638175,10.4478313,{"id":61,"type":62,"modified_on":63,"width":43,"height":43},"5acd062c-f615-42f2-b8be-1a89f3f18e45","image\u002Fsvg+xml","2025-05-15T20:24:31.440Z",[],[],[],[68],{"related_make_id":69},{"id":70,"name":71,"slug":72,"founded":73,"defunct":43,"latitude":74,"longitude":75,"emblem":76,"emblem_dark":43,"country":79},"68848418-f143-4228-bb6c-e5ef6ce49de6","BMW","bmw",1916,48.1371079,11.5753822,{"id":77,"type":62,"modified_on":78,"width":52,"height":52},"7215d62d-0308-4620-92e7-b76572e08e8e","2026-08-05T21:38:17.544Z",{"id":54,"name":55,"slug":56,"region":57,"latitude":58,"longitude":59,"flag":80},{"id":61,"type":62,"modified_on":63,"width":43,"height":43},[],{"meta":83,"data":86},{"total_count":84,"filter_count":85},98756,0,[]]
