Ray Charles Leonard, known as Sugar Ray Leonard, is an American former professional boxer. He achieved success competing professionally from 1977 to 1997, securing world titles in five weight classes and the lineal championship in three. Leonard was a key member of the 'Four Kings' group, defeating his rivals during the 1980s. He also earned a gold medal in light welterweight at the 1976 Summer Olympics.
