Tijs Michiel Verwest, known as Tiësto, is a Dutch DJ and record producer. He has received recognition for his contributions to electronic dance music (EDM). Tiësto was honored as "The Greatest DJ of All Time" and the "best DJ of the last 20 years" by leading publications. He has also worked as a songwriter and music executive.
